Membership payments
Refund treatment depends on your membership agreement and the circumstances of the payment. Confirm those terms before paying. No universal refund period or unconditional refund promise is established by this website.
Errors and duplicate charges
For a payment made in error, a duplicate charge or an unexpected amount, contact the Club with the date, amount and a transaction reference. Do not send full card or bank credentials. The Club can identify the payment and discuss the applicable resolution.
Other arrangements
Event charges or voluntary support, if arranged directly with the Club, follow their specific terms and applicable law. A request does not by itself guarantee a refund.
